Milan Jakšić
Milan Jakšić is one of the name partners and co-founders of the law firm Mirkov Čivtelić & Jakšić. With extensive knowledge and experience in various facets of business and corporate law, Milan has developed a particular specialization in intellectual property law and dispute resolution.
Throughout his years in practice, he has successfully safeguarded the rights of renowned artists, photographers, musicians, and companies within the creative industries in the Serbian market.
Milan is widely acknowledged as an expert in handling complex legal disputes, showcasing his proficiency both in the courtroom and through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, especially in matters related to intellectual property protection.
Embarking on his professional journey as a judicial intern at the Commercial Court in Belgrade, Milan continued in this role until the conclusion of 2009.
In 2010, he became a part of the dispute resolution department at the Karanović & Partners law firm. Milan took the initiative to establish his own law firm in 2011.
In early 2024, Milan joined forces with Relja Mirkov and Andreja Čivtelić to establish the collaborative law firm Mirkov Čivtelić & Jakšić.
