Stefan Aralica currently serves as a Legal Trainee at Mirkov Čivtelić & Jakšić, where he provides valuable support to authors in the music, film, and photography sectors on diverse issues pertaining to intellectual property protection.
He also provides legal support in corporate and commercial law. Stefan’s key responsibilities involve undertaking comprehensive research, analysing legislative developments, and providing insightful reports on judicial practices. He actively contributes to the preparation and drafting of various legal documents essential to the firm’s cases.
