Nemanja Živanović boasts over eight years of legal expertise, specializing in a diverse range of fields, including Intellectual Property Law, copyright, related rights, information technology (IT) Law, Media Law, Labor Law, and Civil Law.
His extensive background includes providing guidance and representation to both domestic and international clients across various proceedings, encompassing litigation and non-litigation procedures, enforcement, administrative processes, and misdemeanour proceedings.
Nemanja has accumulated significant experience in civil proceedings before multiple courts in the Republic of Serbia.
Throughout his career journey, Nemanja has been dedicated to offering sound advice and legal representation to clients spanning diverse industries. His portfolio includes collaboration with creators in photography, video recordings, literary works, and graphic designs, as well as professionals in ICT and software.
Additionally, Nemanja serves as legal counsel for clients in the luxury goods and pharmaceutical sectors.
